Job summary

Manila Hilton is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to own our social media presence and influencer programs in a fully remote role. You will plan, create content, source creators, manage campaigns, coordinate product samples, and track performance across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with e-commerce content strategies, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships, plus the ability to use AI tools

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce, DTC, or agency brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Experience with affiliate and creator platforms such as Amazon Creator Connections and Levanta.
• Strong influencer outreach, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Management across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
• Plan and execute high-quality social media content.
• Create AI-assisted content and videos.
• Manage daily posting and engage with the online community.
• Monitor audience interactions and build brand engagement.
• Maintain secure access and permissions for social accounts.
• Research, identify, and vet influencers aligned with the target audience.
• Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to onboarding and ongoing relationships.
• Coordinate campaigns across social platforms and affiliate networks.
• Track influencer payouts and campaign payments.
• Prepare performance reports and campaign tracking.
• Use data to improve content and influencer strategies.
