Job summary

Goodfellow Pharma Corp. is seeking a results-driven influencer marketing specialist to build and manage digital campaigns for pharma brands on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.

You will collaborate with local Philippine-based creators and KOLs to drive brand awareness and e-commerce performance. The role requires 3+ years in influencer or digital marketing, strong analytical skills with TikTok Analytics and Google Analytics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote or hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing influencer campaigns.
• 2+ years of TikTok marketing, influencer, or affiliate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Experience working with Philippine-based influencers and KOLs.
• Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS).
• Proficient in analytics tools (TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and/or Filipino).
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Self-motivated; comfortable in fast-paced remote or hybrid setup.
