Job summary

Wing is seeking a Social Media & Admin Assistant to join our remote team. You will respond to Instagram and Meta ad inquiries with templates, explain treatments, and book or reschedule appointments in Fresha. You’ll also update client profiles and maintain treatment notes within Fresha.

You will help with social media posting, brainstorm content ideas, and create basic graphics during slower periods. This 100% remote role requires strong English, basic Instagram/Meta ad lead-response experience,

Strong English (written and comprehension)
Basic Instagram/Meta Ad lead-response experience
Fast and reliable tech setup
Willingness to learn Fresha tool

Responsibilities

Respond to Instagram and Meta ad inquiries with rapid 2-minute response times
Explain treatments, answer repetitive questions using templates, and book/reschedule appointments in Fresha
Update client profiles and maintain treatment notes in Fresha
Identify complex questions or situations beyond the standard playbook
Support social media posting, brainstorm content ideas, and create basic graphics during downtime
