Wing Assistant is hiring a part-time Influencer Marketing Assistant to support influencer partnerships from a fully remote setup. The role focuses on identifying creators, evaluating fit, and handling outreach in collaboration with the team.

Candidates should have direct Sprout Social experience, strong networking skills, and the ability to assess content quality and brand alignment. US-hours, 20 hours weekly, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Direct Sprout Social experience: Must have already worked directly in the platform.
• Influencer Marketing understanding: Ability to evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement, and brand alignment.
• Networking skills: Comfortable communicating and building relationships with external creators.
• Quality assessment skills: Ability to filter and distinguish between quality creators and those not suitable for the brand.

Responsibilities

• Sprout Social Management: Use the platform to identify and evaluate potential influencers/creators.
• Creator Filtering: Assess creators based on content quality, views, popularity, and brand fit.
• Outreach & Networking: Communicate with external creators to establish and maintain partnerships.
• Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with an internal team member from Wang on broader influencer marketing initiatives.
