Wing is seeking a Social Media & Admin Assistant to support rapid growth and handle customer inquiries via Instagram and Meta. You will respond quickly, explain treatments using templates, schedule appointments, and keep Fresha notes up to date.

This remote role offers a dayshift schedule aligned to Australian time, flexible tech requirements, paid training, and opportunities to contribute creative content while maintaining high-quality client communication.

Qualifications

• Strong English (written & comprehension)
• Basic Instagram/Meta Ad lead-response experience
• Fast & reliable tech setup
• Willingness to learn Fresha tool

Responsibilities

• Respond to Instagram and Meta ad inquiries with a strict 2-minute response time
• Explain treatments using templates and book/reschedule appointments via Fresha
• Update client profiles and maintain treatment notes in Fresha
• Identify questions or situations outside the standard playbook
• Assist with social media posting and brainstorm content ideas
