Job summary

Airhosted Gmbh is a Swiss short-term rental manager with 60+ properties and a remote-first team. We seek an experienced Listing Optimization & Operations Specialist to optimize listings across Airbnb and other channels, propagate changes, and maintain content accuracy.

You will work with our Revenue Strategist, manage deadlines, and analyze performance to drive improvements across platforms and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in listing optimization for multi-property portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of Airbnb rankings, structures and levers.
• Experience with channel managers and PMS in multi-OTA environments.
• Comfortable using Airtable and Notion for content management.
• Strong process discipline to audit, update content and sync platforms.

Responsibilities

• Optimize listings to maximize visibility and conversion across platforms.
• Propagate updates across OTAs and synchronize Airtable and Notion.
• Maintain back-office discipline ensuring central content matches distributed content.
• Track analytics: conversion rate, CTR, and ranking; flag anomalies.
• Collaborate with Revenue Strategist and manage deadlines independently.
