Job summary

Fresh Prints is seeking an experienced Sewing Pattern Maker to translate technical packs and measurements into production-ready sewing patterns for our supplier network. You will develop graded patterns for multiple sizes and support fit and construction during sampling and production.

The role is Philippines-only, work-from-home with a 1:00 PM–10:00 PM Philippine Time schedule and occasional handling of physical samples near Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of garment pattern making experience in apparel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and pattern development.
• Experience creating production-ready sewing patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, production-ready sewing patterns from technical specs, measurements and samples.
• Manage pattern grading across sizes for consistent fit.
• Review samples and adjust patterns for fit and construction issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers to troubleshoot pattern and construction issues.
• Maintain pattern documentation and revisions for correct versions.
