Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Pattern Maker to support production across our supplier network. You will translate designs and specs into production-ready sewing patterns, manage grading across sizes, and collaborate with overseas manufacturers to ensure fit and construction.

The role is remote from the Philippines with connections to global partners. You will review samples, adjust patterns for accuracy, and maintain thorough technical documentation while leveraging CAD

Qualifications

• 3+ years of garment pattern making experience.
• Experience producing production-ready sewing patterns.
• Strong knowledge of fit, grading, and pattern development.
• Ability to interpret technical packs and specs.
• Experience with apparel sampling and fittings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready sewing patterns from specs and samples.
• Create and maintain pattern grading across sizes.
• Review samples, adjust patterns for fit and construction.
• Apply fabric type knowledge to pattern compatibility.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to troubleshoot issues.
• Translate technical packs into production-ready patterns.
• Maintain organized pattern files and revisions.
• Share digital pattern files with manufacturing partners.
