Fresh Prints is hiring a remote Technical Designer and sewing pattern maker to support apparel development. You’ll convert technical packs into production-ready garment patterns, handle grading, and troubleshoot across supplier networks.

The role requires CAD pattern software expertise, strong pattern-making judgment, and the ability to coordinate with overseas manufacturers. Philippines-based with a Mon–Fri 1:00 PM–10:00 PM PH time schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of garment pattern making experience.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, grading and fit.
• Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software and digital pattern grading.

Aufgaben

• Develop production-ready sewing patterns from technical specs and samples.
• Create and maintain pattern grading across sizes.
• Review fittings and adjust patterns for accurate fit.
• Collaborate with teams and manufacturers to resolve pattern-related issues.
