Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Pattern Maker to support its supply chain from a remote, Manila-based role. You’ll translate garment designs into production-ready patterns and collaborate with overseas manufacturers to ensure accurate fit and construction.

Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you’ll manage pattern revisions, grading across sizes, and documentation, while leveraging CAD tools such as Gerber AccuMark, Lectra, or Optitex.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of garment pattern making experience.
• Proficiency in CAD pattern software for production patterns.
• Experience with pattern grading and pattern development.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready sewing patterns from technical specifications and samples.
• Create and maintain pattern grading across size ranges.
• Review samples, fit, and adjust patterns for correct measurement and construction.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to troubleshoot pattern and construction issues during sampling and production.
• Maintain organized pattern documentation and share digital pattern files with partners.
