Qualifications

• Native fluency in the required language with a strong ear for natural phrasing.
• Experience directing, coaching, or producing voice or audio talent.
• Ability to give clear, specific, actionable performance direction.
• Strong knowledge of basic recording/mic technique and room acoustics.

Responsibilities

• Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios and coach for natural delivery.
• Build scene context and improvise to fill narrative gaps in real time.
• Adapt wording for natural phrasing and regional authenticity.
• Monitor mic technique, pacing, and background noise during sessions.
• Manage session pacing to meet recording targets while preserving quality.
• Create a supportive environment for performers of varying experience.
