Job summary

Aether Global is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee delivery of client engagements and ServiceNow initiatives. This fully remote role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including banking domain knowledge, to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

You will lead planning, risk management, and communications, maintaining alignment with client objectives and business outcomes in a global, remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Proven PM/Engagement Manager in tech or IT projects.
• Strong ServiceNow familiarity and implementations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client engagements.
• Knowledge of banking/financial systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work fully remotely.

Responsibilities
