Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer – CRM and CSM for a permanent remote role from the Philippines. You will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CRM/CSM solutions, collaborating with global teams to support business requirements and digital transformations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript scripting, and experience with APIs/integrations and cloud platforms. Remote-friendly, US time zone coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and CSM within ServiceNow.
• Understanding of ITSM, IT operations, and service delivery modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and IaC is advantageous.
• Awareness of security best practices, IAM, and data protection.
• Excellent communication and collaboration for global teams.
• Experience with CSA or CIS certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow CRM/CSM solutions.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow CRM/CSM components and workflows.
• Configure applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain API integrations and external services.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Participate in capacity planning and global project initiatives.
