ECAM Technologies Corporation is seeking a Remote Service Technician I to provide real-time 24/7 support for CCTV systems, NVRs, IP cameras, VOIP devices, and related networks. You will address L1 tickets, monitor health checks, and document every action in the system.

The role involves shifting at L1, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and escalating to higher levels when needed. Fresh graduates with basic IT/network skills are welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Fresh graduates in IT, Computer, Engineering or Business.
• Certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, Comptia, Cisco) preferred but not required.
• 0–2 years experience in service desk or remote support.
• Basic knowledge of desktop and network support.
• Basic English communication.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and update CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs, and VOIP devices.
• Respond to L1 tickets within target response/resolution times and update users.
• Document and log all contacts and actions into the database.
• Conduct ongoing health monitoring of customer systems and respond to issues.
• Provide regular ticket updates and communicate with stakeholders.
