Job summary

ECAM is looking for a Remote Service Technician I to support CCTV systems for clients around the clock. You will troubleshoot NVRs, IP cameras, VOIP devices, and networks, and respond to Level 1 tickets within defined service targets.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with relevant IT/CS/engineering or business degree encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of desktop and network support required.
• Familiar with remote troubleshooting and ticket handling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & update NVRs, IP cameras, VOIP devices, networks, routers, and CCTV equipment.
• Respond to Level 1 tickets within target times and update users on progress.
• Record contacts and actions into the database per guidelines.
• Monitor customer systems and react promptly to issues and alerts.
• Escalate to Level 2/Field with concise details for effective resolution.
