Qualifications

• 4–5+ years hands-on survey programming in market research or consumer insights.
• Strong proficiency in XML, JavaScript and Python with Decipher or similar tools.
• Experience with advanced survey methodologies (MaxDiff, Conjoint, volumetrics).
• Solid understanding of survey logic and quotas; Excel for quotas.

Responsibilities

• Program and script surveys across methodologies using Decipher (XML, JS, Python).
• Own full programming lifecycle: setup, logic, testing, live support.
• Translate specifications into functional survey logic and flows.
• Implement advanced methodologies and manage quotas.
• Collaborate with PM, analytics, content teams, and providers; QA thoroughly.
