About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Survey Programmer to join our global marketing and research client to support the programming, testing, and execution of complex online surveys for global market research projects.

This is a hands‑on technical role requiring strong experience in Forsta Decipher, survey scripting, complex survey logic, and advanced research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Program and script online surveys using Forsta Decipher

Manage the end‑to‑end survey programming lifecycle, from setup and logic implementation through testing, launch, and live support

Translate survey specifications into complex survey logic, including skip patterns, piping, randomization, and advanced survey flows

Program advanced methodologies, particularly MaxDiff and Conjoint

Manage complex quotas using Excel and Decipher tools

Upload and integrate survey stimuli, including images, shopping environments, and findability assets

Perform data processing activities such as derived/virtual variables, data weighting and editing, and support for crosstab generation

Conduct thorough QA testing and verify survey logic across mobile and desktop environments

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during survey development and live production

Collaborate with project management, research/analytics teams, visual content teams, and panel providers

Maintain clear documentation of survey logic, code, and processes

Develop reusable templates, tools, and automation processes to improve programming efficiency

Support API and third‑party platform integrations where applicable

Manage multiple concurrent global projects while maintaining quality and timelines

Qualifications

Strong hands‑on experience with Forsta Decipher – REQUIRED
