MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking a Special Projects Sr. Specialist to support HR strategic planning for the ALJM-HR organization. This remote role offers a mid shift and the opportunity to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.

You will help organize sessions, manage administrative workflows in JSAP for HR & OD, liaise with contractors, and assist in change management initiatives, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive culture.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR strategic planning activities for the ALJM-HR organization by coordinating with various business departments and divisions.
• Assist in the administration and facilitation of strategic planning management projects.
• Arrange and organize sessions and events related to strategic planning management, including introductions and awareness sessions.
• Oversee administrative activities such as processing PR, GR, and SES requests in JSAP for HR & OD.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain proposals, contracts, invoices, and necessary documents for strategic planning projects.
• Assist in planning and executing change management initiatives.
