Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot software across the development lifecycle. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with internal and external Dev teams and strong coding/infrastructure decisions.

Remote work from the PH is supported for this position. Key responsibilities include improving operational efficiency, automation, SQL development, and building web services with C#.NET and related technologies while working with MS SQL

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
Strong knowledge of JS ecosystem, Node.js and TypeScript.
Frontend and backend framework experience.
Advanced git/GitHub usage (rollback, rebase, cherry-pick).
Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway).
Good understanding of SOLID principles.
Experience setting up CI/CD environments.
Relational database experience (SQL).
Unit testing experience.
Experience working remotely.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Identify process gaps and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Identify tasks and areas where automation can be applied to achieve time efficiency and risk reduction.
Develop SQL views, stored procedures, tables, triggers and functions within SQL Server 2017 database using SQL Server Management Studio and MSBI.
Code web services and modules using C#.NET, SOAP, XML, JSON or other languages.
Work with various database systems including MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
