We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to work remotely from the Philippines on the Application Integration team, focusing on integrating internal and third-party enterprise applications via T-SQL, Web Services, APIs, and internal systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of MS SQL Server experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance analysis.
• 4+ years in C# development and/or SQL.
• 4-6 years in API/Web Service integration.
• Experience with JSON/XML.
• Experience extracting data from sources such as FTP/SFTP, SharePoint, and email.
• Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Experience integrating with call center apps via APIs (Ivanti, Avaya CMS, Genesys CIC, InContact, Altitude a plus).
• AWS Cloud experience a plus.
• BPO Operations or Workforce Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Enterprise Application integration standards for quality, stability, usability, and performance of all Enterprise Application integration.
• Proactively identify system and process improvement initiatives within the Enterprise Application organization which create efficiencies and value and addresses quality concerns of the organization.
• Coordinate with other managers, Directors, architects and Enterprise Applications leadership as needed.
