Job summary

Taskbridge is seeking a Real Estate VA – Short-Term Rentals to support Australian clients from a remote role. You will handle guest communications, bookings, listings, property coordination, and reporting while following established procedures.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with availability during AWST business hours and some evenings/weekends for guest messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in short-term rental management.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Stayz, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Experience with Resly or a similar channel manager is preferred.
• Experience with PriceLabs is preferred.
• Experience with PropertyTree or an equivalent property management system.
• Excellent written English with a warm and professional communication style.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries across Stayz, Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Respond to guest messages promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs and manage calendars.
• Coordinate cleans, maintenance, and property inspections.
• Prepare occupancy, revenue, and review reports.
