Job summary

Staff Domain is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead a portfolio of client accounts from a remote/ work-from-home setup. You will own the SEO strategy, conduct technical audits, and drive on-page and off-page initiatives across multiple CMS platforms.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of SEO to elevate department-wide standards and stay ahead of AI-driven changes that impact visibility and content quality. You will report on performance with clear commercial insights, mentor junior team members,

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering SEO results in a digital agency environment, typically 5+ years of progressive experience.
Strong technical SEO skills, comfortable running audits and implementing fixes across CMS platforms.
Good working knowledge of AI and LLMs affecting search and practical implications for organic strategy.
Experience with regulated industries (iGaming, finance, legal, healthcare) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead on SEO strategy and delivery for a portfolio of client accounts.
Own and maintain documented SEO strategies updated quarterly.
Oversee technical, on-page and off-page SEO recommendations with cross-team coordination.
Stay current with AI developments and apply them to client work.
Produce monthly performance reports translating data into commercial insight.
