Job summary

The Ad Firm is a US-based, performance-driven digital marketing agency delivering measurable ROI since 2009. We seek a seasoned SEO Manager to lead strategy across multiple client accounts, collaborating with content, web, and account teams to drive growth.

You will oversee technical and local SEO, optimize GMB profiles, and manage junior specialists while reporting performance monthly to clients. Flexible remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of agency SEO experience across multiple clients.
• Proven ability to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Strong technical SEO and local SEO expertise.
• Proficient with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA.
• Experience collaborating with content, web, and account teams.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis.
• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO, including links and schema.
• Optimize GMB profiles and local listings.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers.
• Monitor performance with GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush; prepare client reports.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and adapt strategies.
• Present insights and growth recommendations in client meetings.
• Mentor and develop junior SEO specialists.
