Mav3rik seeks an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud specialist to design and deliver scalable Service Cloud solutions. You will implement LWC and Aura components, optimize case management, and build automation with Flows and Process Builder.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud.
Expertise with Salesforce Lightning, including Aura Components and LWC (Lightning Web Components).
Design and develop solutions that comply with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.
Experience in Service Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and integrations with external systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce prototypes.
Architect and implement high-performance Service Cloud solutions using LWC and Aura.
Write clean, mission-critical code and lead peer code reviews.
Enforce data validation, sanitization, and access control for data integrity.
Own end-to-end testing strategy—unit, integration, and regression testing.
