Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions within agile teams. You will work across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, including CPQ and Marketing Cloud, while guiding junior developers and contributing to best practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, adherence to security and data integrity, and participation in full project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud; CPQ/Marketing Cloud/MuleSoft a plus.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git and DevOps tools.
• Proven ability to write unit tests and perform code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex and LWC code following best practices.
• Build solutions using Flow and declarative tools.
• Manage code with source control and deployments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate blockers.
• Collaborate with clients to design secure, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to Salesforce practice growth and coaching of juniors.
