Qualifications

• Degree or professional background in M&E or Building Services Engineering.
• Solid experience in M&E/building-services engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience using Revit.
• Experience with clash detection and design coordination.
• Experience coordinating multiple M&E services in complex spaces.
• Ability to review designs and identify coordination issues.
• Understanding of construction and building-services requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to work independently and meet project requirements.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate M&E building-services designs using Revit.
• Review models and drawings to identify design and coordination issues.
• Perform clash detection and help resolve conflicts between different building services.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services within tight or complex spaces.
• Work closely with project, engineering, and construction teams.
• Review technical information and provide practical coordination solutions.
• Help identify potential issues during the design stage before they affect site work.
• Maintain accurate and well-coordinated Revit models and documentation.
• Support design development and coordination throughout the project.
• Communicate technical issues, updates, and proposed solutions clearly to the team.
