STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Paid Search Associate to support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.

This remote role focuses on campaign accuracy, budget pacing, and issue identification, with escalation to the Search Manager for strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, proficiency with Google Ads Editor, and strong tracking knowledge (GA4/GTM).

Qualificações

• 3 years of hands-on experience building/managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads Editor and bulk editing in spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of keyword match types, negative keywords, RSAs, assets and bidding strategies.
• Understanding of conversion tracking including GA4 and GTM.
• Ability to diagnose performance changes and explain root causes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and launch Google Ads Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns using approved briefs and templates.
• Use Google Ads Editor and bulk sheets to efficiently manage multi-location campaigns.
• Ensure accurate campaign settings, keywords, targeting, tracking, UTMs, and naming conventions.
• Conduct regular audits to identify disapprovals, broken URLs, tracking issues, and missing assets.
• Monitor daily performance, spending, and budget pacing to detect irregularities.
• Review search terms, identify wasted spend, and recommend negative keywords.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Implement approved optimizations including assets, negative keywords, and budget adjustments.
• Escalate strategic/budget concerns to the Search Manager for approval.
• Document and track issues through resolution with senior team.
