TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Accounting Consultant to lead month-end closes and provide strategic financial advisory for U.S.-based nonprofit clients. You will manage grant compliance, develop budgets, and mentor junior staff in a fully remote, full-time setup.

The role requires 4–6 years in nonprofit accounting, a degree in accounting or finance (CPA or Master’s preferred), and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and nonprofit reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of progressive accounting experience, nonprofit focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Master’s preferred.
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP and nonprofit financial reporting standards (FASB).

Responsabilités

• Lead the month-end close process and prepare audit-ready financial statements.
• Provide budget variance analyses and assist with organizational budget development.
• Supervise and mentor team members handling AP, AR, and reconciliations to ensure nonprofit reporting standards.
• Collaborate with clients to review policies, streamline workflows, and implement cloud accounting tools.
