The position offers a 100% remote arrangement from the Philippines, with a night-shift schedule aligned to North American hours and a focus on nonprofit fund accounting and strategic financial advisory.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of progressive accounting experience within nonprofit organizations.
• Experience managing grant or funding compliance structures.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and nonprofit reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and prepare audit-ready financial statements.
• Provide strategic budgeting analyses and board-level materials.
• Mentor junior staff handling AP/AR and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize internal financial policies and cloud tools.
