Job summary

TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking a US Senior Accountant to join our North American division. This fully remote, full-time role requires strong US accounting expertise and a focus on SME, trusts, and High-Net-Worth clients.

You will manage federal and state filings, review workpapers, provide tax planning insights, and collaborate with US teams to deliver accurate financial statements and compliant filings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dedicated US accounting experience in a US firm or SME.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online and strong US GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US client tax and compliance work, including federal and state filings.
• Review staff workpapers and financial statements to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide proactive tax planning insights and manage IRS/state correspondence.
• Coordinate with US accounting teams to deliver timely global deliverables.
