Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Senior Manager, Systems Software Engineering to lead the contact center platform in a remote-capable role based in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will own stability, performance, and the product roadmap, balancing deep technical work with executive communications and client engagement.

You will partner with an Executive Director on RFPs, client meetings and sales engineering, ensuring accurate estimates and robust security and governance across the environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running an enterprise CCaaS platform or similar.
• Experience with governance, audits and security (SOX, PCI) preferred.
• Strong ability to lead Tier 1/2 support teams and act as escalation point.
• Proficiency with Jira, Tempo, Confluence and standard reporting tools.
• Excellent client-facing communication and RFP support skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize enhancements and manage the delivery pipeline.
• Guide architecture decisions to keep systems scalable and secure.
