TTEC is seeking a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering to lead the stability, performance, and roadmap of our contact center platform. You will partner with executives and client teams, balancing deep technical work with clear, candid communication.

You will own governance, security, audits, DR exercises, and the RFC process, while leading a global Tier 1/2 engineering team to deliver reliable, scalableサービス.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise CCaaS platforms or similar.
• Proven ability to own product/engineering roadmap for complex systems.
• Strong governance, security audit, and DR exercise experience.

Responsibilities

• Own stability, performance, and roadmap of the contact center platform environment.
• Act as product owner, prioritize enhancements and manage risk pipeline.
• Guide design/architecture decisions to keep environment scalable and secure.
