Job summary

Huzzle.com is hiring a Senior GoHighLevel Automations & AI Specialist for a fully remote role. You will design and implement marketing automation workflows, integrating AI processes across multiple client accounts.

The position begins part-time with a clear pathway to full-time based on performance. Candidates must have proven experience with GoHighLevel and strong English communication skills, while Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (strict requirement).
• High attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset.
• Experience documenting workflows and building SOPs.
• Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
• Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel automations and workflows.
• Implement AI-driven automation systems to improve efficiency.
• Test all automations rigorously to ensure accuracy.
• Create and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients.
• Maintain consistent responsiveness and clear communication.
• Continuously improve systems for scalability and performance.
