Rocket Clicks, LLC is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst / FP&A Analyst to elevate financial analysis across the organization. This hands-on role builds models, analyzes performance, and turns data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

The ideal candidate has deep forecasting, budgeting, and AI-enabled analytics experience, plus proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Remote work from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Finance Analyst or FP&A Analyst in a medium or large organization.
• Strong hands-on in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and experience building models from scratch.
• Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and applying AI in finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Perform deep financial analysis to identify insights, trends, and solutions.
• Translate complex results into clear explanations for non-finance stakeholders.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the business.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and decision support; create dashboards for leadership.
