Job summary

Boomering is seeking a Senior Commercial Estimator to take ownership of the estimating function for UK commercial construction projects. The role is remote, with a 3 PM–12 AM PHT schedule and salary in PHP 80,000–90,000 monthly.

You will work with a UK-based client base and lead tenders from enquiry through submission. Key responsibilities include producing detailed estimates, preparing BOQs, and coordinating subcontractor pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, QS, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Commercial Estimator, UK construction experience preferred.
• Hands-on contractor-side estimating experience for UK projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates from drawings and specs.
• Develop Bills of Quantities and take-offs using Bluebeam, CostX, PlanSwift or equivalents.
• Manage the tender process from enquiry to submission and coordinate subcontractor pricing.
