Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field; professional certification is a plus.
• Advanced in English is a must; strong written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 6 years of experience on diverse architectural projects (hospitality, residential, commercial, institutional).
• Proficient in Enscape, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts aligned with project objectives.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with project teams for coordination of design elements.
• Research and analyze design decisions to comply with codes.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, addressing feedback.
