Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Senior Analyst/Manager for Amazon Media. You will support day-to-day campaign management, planning, activation, and reporting in collaboration with our U.S.-based client leads.

The role requires 1–3+ years in Amazon Ads, strong data and Excel skills, client-facing communication, and the ability to work across time zones; remote or hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in Amazon Ads, e-commerce media, or retail media platforms.
• Experience running Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP campaigns.
• Strong data and Excel skills; ability to manipulate large datasets and extract insights.
• Client-facing communication experience (email, meetings, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP, and more).
• Contribute to media planning, pacing, optimization, and budget management.
• Track and report on key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate with client leads, strategists, and operations teams across global markets.
• Help drive client growth through consistent campaign excellence and post-campaign analysis.
• Stay up to date on Amazon advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in testing, learning, and scaling initiatives across accounts.
