Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Associate Media Planner to execute, activate, and manage tactical media plans. This is a work-from-home role that supports the Engagement Strategy team and collaborates with the Compas BSD to ensure accurate campaign execution.

You'll build familiarity with planning tools such as Empower, MAP, and MediaVitals while assisting in Display, Email, Print, POC, and events. Join a diverse team and contribute to effective media campaigns from remote Philippines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Capable of managing day-to-day operational tasks while supporting broader strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute and activate tactical media plans developed by Engagement Strategy.
• Develop proficiency in planning tools, including Empower, MAP, and MediaVitals.
• Assist in development and execution of tactical plans across Display Advertising, Custom Digital Programs, Email Marketing, Print Media, POC, Conferences.
• Partner with BSD to execute contracts for all assigned media channels.
• Assist in creating production grids and gathering creative specs for agency partners.
• Meet with supplier partners to stay informed on media tech trends.
• Support brand-specific engagement planning and execution activities.
