Job summary

TMF Group seeks a Senior Accounting and Tax Officer to support management by researching and analysing accounting data, preparing reports and coaching junior staff. You will manage full sets of accounts for multiple clients while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

The role requires strong knowledge of local tax regulations, financial reporting, and proficiency with ERP tools; English and Filipino communication skills are essential. Hybrid work options available within TMF offices and remotely.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accountancy; CPA license preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience in professional firms or multinationals.
• Strong knowledge of local tax (CIT, VAT, EWT, FWT, FBT) and PFRS; IFRS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts with high complexity for multiple clients.
• Prepare disbursement vouchers and journal entries for month-end close.
• Prepare Monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance.
• Handle tax filing and liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers.
• Provide client support and maintain audit trails and documentation.
