Job summary

TMF Group in Makati City is seeking an Accounting & Tax Associate to support the daily deliverables of accounting services for clients. This role reports to the Accounting and Tax Supervisor/Assistant Manager.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required, with CPA/ACCA/CIMA as a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with clients and auditors are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining full sets of accounts (disbursement vouchers, journal entries, monthly statements).
• Maintain and reconcile Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
• Assist with tax filing and supporting documents; liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Maintain good client relationships and respond to queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Support documentation updates and coordination with external parties such as bankers and authorities.
