Job summary

The Growth Collective Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Security and Surveillance Technical Engineer to support a Data Centre project in Cavite, Philippines.

The role requires hands-on experience with CCTV/IP surveillance, access control and ELV security systems, and on-site coordination to ensure successful installation and testing. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering and 3–5 years of ELV/security project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant ELV, security and surveillance engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV/IP surveillance and access control systems.
• Working knowledge of IP networking, VLANs, PoE and IP addressing.

Responsibilities

• Review security system designs, technical drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor installation of CCTV/IP surveillance, access control and intrusion detection systems.
• Conduct and witness system testing, commissioning and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and client technical teams.
• Prepare technical reports, testing documentation and as-built drawings.
• Support project handover and end-user training.

WE'RE HIRING: SECURITY AND SURVEILLANCE TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Location: Cavite, Philippines | Data Centre Project

The Growth Collective is recruiting on behalf of an IT Solutions partner for a Security and Surveillance Technical Engineer to support a Data Centre project in Cavite.

We are looking for a hands-on engineer with experience in CCTV, IP video surveillance, access control and other Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) security systems.

IMPORTANT: This is an initial SIX-MONTH PROJECT-BASED CONTRACT. Candidates must be available to join ASAP and willing to commit to the six-month engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review security system designs, technical drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor installation of CCTV/IP surveillance, access control and intrusion detection systems.

• PRC ECE/ECT licence and relevant manufacturer certifications are advantageous.

Working Arrangements

• Contract: Initial six-month project-based engagement.
• Location: On-site deployment in Cavite.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Saturday half-day work.
• Extended hours, night shifts, weekends and holidays may be required during critical project phases.

Candidates must be comfortable with the on-site arrangement and the full project commitment.
