Job summary

Command|Link is seeking a Managed Services Network Engineer for 100% remote work. You will support ISP/MSP customers, troubleshoot SDWAN ( Versa Networks ), VPNs, Routers and Firewalls, and onboard new managed services. No travel required. Shift: Wed-Sun, 8am-5pm Eastern.

You bring 3–5 years in a fast-paced tech environment, SDWAN expertise ( Versa ), CCNA/CCNP desirable, and hands-on networking with Cisco/Fortinet gear. Strong BGP/OSPF/VPR (VRRP) and COS/QOS knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment with SDWAN expertise.
• CCNA and CCNP certification is highly desirable.
• Command line experience with networking tools (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
• Strong firewall configuration experience (Fortinet).
• Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, and VRRP.
• Practical knowledge of NAT, COS/QOS, and network design principles.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for customers with a focus on SDWAN, Internet, and related services.
• Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups and Microsoft operating systems.
• Support provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Own issues from start to resolution with clear communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through outstanding support.
• Mentor and train engineers on complex technical issues.
