A leading Employer of Record company in the Philippines seeks skilled Fortinet SD-WAN Engineers to support large-scale SD-WAN deployments for clients across the US. This position involves delivering end-to-end technical solutions, incident resolution, and ongoing performance monitoring. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in NOC operations and be certified in Fortinet technologies. Qualifications

• NOC operations with a minimum of 5 years of technical background.
• Experience in deploying and supporting traditional Cisco WAN and Fortinet SD-WAN solutions.
• Familiarity with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.) and LAN switching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Fortinet SD-WAN solutions to 300+ branch offices across the US.
• Manage ongoing incidents on Fortinet SD-WAN and Cisco solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and preventive recommendations.
• Coordinate with vendors for complex escalations.
