Job summary

Gracia101 Talent Solutions seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join the Global Tech Commercial & Marketing Services team, a collaborative global group of around 15 professionals. You will sit at the intersection of CRM, digital marketing, customer data, and content to design, execute, and optimize engaging customer experiences across inbound and outbound channels.

You’ll work closely with marketing, brand, creative, technology, and operational teams to turn business requirements

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on SFMC experience incl Data Cloud / Data 360.
Experience with Email Studio templates, dynamic content, and personalization.
Knowledge of data flows, subscriber management, and consent concepts.
Experience delivering SFMC projects within a delivery or consulting team.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute small to mid-size CRM and digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
Support campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and content coordination through segmentation, deployment, QA, and performance analysis.
Create and optimize personalized communications and multi-step customer journeys.
Plan and execute A/B tests and use insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement SFMC best practices.
