Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical client. You will enable the HPS DU Campaign Automation Services to build and automate campaign journeys, manage technical aspects of platforms, and leverage Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Requirements include a technical or business degree, 2–3 years MC or Adobe Campaign experience, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field with strong tech background.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign required (2–3 years).
• Technical marketing automation certification is a plus (Architect or Developer).
• Experience translating business/technical requirements into software enhancements.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web API calls.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus.
• Exposure to Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket) is beneficial.
• Pharma domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure campaigns are built to meet business needs per market briefs.
• Maintain high end-to-end quality and on-time deliveries with QA.
• Own and optimize campaign processes and automation for efficiency.
• Provide technical specs and conduct UAT for enhancements.
• Debug workflow and delivery issues; report platform bugs to IT.
• Document enhancements, templates, and technical processes.
• Develop and test script enhancements, API calls, and web hooks.
• Create and maintain campaign workflows, landing pages, and HTML content.
• Collaborate with Campaign Support Services and Platform Management Omnichannel.
