Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, customize, and extend Salesforce applications for our clients.

You will work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, building integrations via REST/SOAP and middleware while following best practices and security guidelines.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and other developers to gather requirements, implement features, test, deploy, and provide production support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure Salesforce features including objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and security settings.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and other development teams.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and deployment processes.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
