Job summary

D2B is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to help manage day-to-day sales activities for the hdesign account. The role is remote, working with the Clark Design Group team to handle inquiries, leads, and quotations while maintaining strong communication with Hamptons branches and clients.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable communicating by phone and email, and capable of managing a high volume of daily sales tasks through a CRM system.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or sales administration within property or related sector.
• Confident communicating with clients by phone and email.
• Experience using a CRM to maintain client and sales records.
• Strong written English and professional email communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage new enquiries and referrals from Hamptons.
• Respond to leads promptly by email and phone using templates.
• Contact prospective clients to introduce hdesign services and gather initial requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain momentum and plan next steps.
• Schedule calls and meetings for the Account Manager as required.
• Perform outbound weekly property lead outreach to introduce services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update pipeline stages.
• Assist with gathering information for quotations and proposals.
• Support preparation of sales documents and client information.
• Provide general sales and administrative support for the account.
