D2B is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist with day-to-day management of the hdesign account. This remote role focuses on lead handling, client outreach, CRM administration and quotation support, working closely with the Account Manager and Clark Design Group.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, comfortable communicating by phone and email, and able to manage a high volume of sales activity across multiple clients while maintaining service standards.

Formación

• Experience in sales support or sales administration.
• Confident communicating by telephone and email.
• Experience using a CRM to manage enquiries and opportunities.
• Strong written English and professional email communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management and client communication with Hamptons referrals.
• Proactive sales outreach and outbound contact to clients.
• Maintain CRM records and update pipeline stages.
• Assist with quotations and proposals using standard pricing.
• Provide day-to-day account support for the hdesign & Hamptons account.
• Coordinate follow-ups and actions with remote team.
