GUANCO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a results-driven Interior Design and Sales professional in Metro Manila to identify and engage residential and special project clients. You will develop relationships with homeowners, interior designers, contractors and architects, and conduct consultations to assess design needs, preferences and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, and Marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Design consultation or interior finishes
• Strong understanding of finishing materials, design aesthetics, project execution
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to read & interpret design plans and technical drawings
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus
