Job summary

Foundry for Good is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in creating proposals, researching prospects, and driving outreach. This internal role will present materials to senior US-based decision-makers and require translating goals into clear recommendations.

You will blend detail with strategic thinking, enjoy problem-solving, and work in a fast-paced, growing sales environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written English communication with senior US-based team members.
• Ability to analyze information and turn insights into recommendations.
• Interest or experience in digital marketing, sales or client services.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality sales materials and proposals for leadership.
• Research prospective clients and develop supporting insights.
• Draft executive-level follow-up communications to prospects.
• Conduct scalable research and outreach for qualified prospects.
• Provide administrative support to the Client Solutions Manager.
• Own conference preparation, including research and outreach.
• Support conference follow-up and ongoing prospect engagement.
• Identify ways to improve sales processes and tools usage.
• Take on additional projects as the sales team grows.
